Your content

By uploading artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. Please don't upload anything you don't own or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You keep ownership of your artwork; you grant us permission to use it solely to produce and ship your order.

Orders & pricing

Prices and availability may change. Every custom piece is made to order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if artwork can't be used or a piece can't be produced as requested — and we'll refund anything you've paid for a cancelled order.

Proofs, returns & refunds

For custom work we may send a proof to approve before printing. Because custom and personalized pieces are made just for you, they aren't returnable once approved and printed. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what we made, contact us and we'll reprint or refund it — see Shipping & Returns.

Our work

We prepare and produce your order from your uploaded file, cropping and arranging it to look its best and to work around any switch openings. Screen colors may differ slightly from the printed result.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you agree to Stripe handling your payment; UV Crafts doesn't store your full card details.

Liability & governing law

UV Crafts is provided on an “as-is” basis, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
