What we collect

We collect only what we need to make your piece and get it to you: your name, email address, and shipping address, plus your order details — the magnets or switch covers you chose, their sizes and styles, and the quantities. If you create an account, we keep the basic details needed to save your order history.

Your artwork

Files you upload — photos, artwork, logos, or text such as a family name — are stored privately and used only to prepare, proof, print, check, and ship your order. They are never made public, listed in a gallery, sold, or used in marketing without your permission.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe to complete the transaction — UV Crafts never sees or stores your full card number.

How we use your information

We use it to process and fulfill your order, prepare and proof custom artwork, ship your package within the United States, and reply to your questions. We email you only about your order — a confirmation, a proof to approve, a shipping update, or a reply to a message you sent. You can track an order any time from Order tracking.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share only what trusted service providers need to do their part — for example, our payment processor (Stripe) and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention & security

We keep your order details and custom artwork for as long as we need them to fulfill your order, provide support, and handle reprints or replacements. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and payment details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by us.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, update, or delete your personal information, or to remove your custom artwork once your order is complete. Just reach out through Contactand we'll help.

Changes

As the shop grows we may update this policy. When we do, we'll post the revised version here.
