Frequently asked questions

What files can I upload?

JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 25 MB. PDFs, PSDs, and AI files can be sent for manual review but aren't previewed on the site.

What image quality do I need?

Higher resolution prints sharper. We aim for around 300 DPI at your chosen size; the uploader tells you if a file looks low-resolution so you can swap it.

Do I design it myself?

No. You upload your image and we create the final design. If something needs a decision, we'll ask or send a proof.

Will my image be cropped?

It may be, to fit the shape. Tell us in the notes what to keep in frame and we'll work around it.

Is my artwork private?

Yes. Your files are stored privately and used only to make your order. We never post them publicly or share them.

Do you offer proofs?

For custom items we may send a proof to approve before printing.

Shipping and returns?
